As a trauma and nervous system specialist, I help people like you break free from the grip of anxiety, overwhelm, and unresolved trauma so you can reclaim your energy, confidence, and joy.

In my 1:1 coaching sessions, we’ll explore how your past experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and respond in the present. Anxiety, chronic stress, and emotional patterns often stem from a nervous system that’s stuck in survival mode—constantly on edge or shut down. Together, we’ll work to gently unwind these patterns and create space for healing and growth.

Through simple yet powerful somatic (body-based) practices and nervous system regulation techniques, we’ll help you reconnect with your body and find calm in the midst of chaos. You’ll learn how to recognise the signals your body is sending, develop tools to shift out of survival states, and experience what it feels like to truly feel safe and grounded again.

What Do Sessions With Me Look Like?

Every session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. A Safe and Supportive Space: Our time together is judgement-free, compassionate, and designed to make you feel heard, understood, and supported.
  2. Exploration and Awareness: We start by exploring how your body and nervous system respond to stress, anxiety, or past experiences. Understanding these patterns is the first step toward change.
  3. Somatic Techniques: Together, we’ll practise gentle, body-based techniques to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of safety in your body.
  4. Practical Tools for Everyday Life: You’ll leave each session with simple, effective tools you can use in your daily life to manage anxiety, shift out of overwhelm, and build resilience.
  5. A Focus on Your Goals: Whether you want to feel calmer, improve your relationships, or create more balance in your life, every session is guided by your unique needs and aspirations.

The 4 Pillars of Our Work Together

In our sessions, we work within a holistic framework designed to support lasting transformation. These 4 pillars guide the process, ensuring that you heal on every level:

  1. Nervous System Regulation: By learning to understand and regulate your nervous system, you’ll be able to move out of survival mode and into a state of calm and balance. This is the foundation of our work and the key to reducing anxiety and overwhelm.
  2. Somatic Awareness & Healing: Through body-based techniques, we’ll help you tune into your physical sensations, release tension, and reconnect with the wisdom your body holds. Healing isn’t just mental—it’s embodied.
  3. Emotional Resilience: Together, we’ll build emotional resilience so that you can navigate difficult emotions like anxiety, anger, or sadness without becoming overwhelmed. You’ll learn to process and release emotions in a healthy, constructive way.
  4. Empowerment & Alignment: This pillar focuses on helping you feel empowered to take charge of your life and align with your authentic self. With a regulated nervous system and a deeper understanding of yourself, you’ll be able to set boundaries, create healthier relationships, and pursue your dreams with confidence.
