Somatic Hypnotherapy-Informed Guidance
Gentle, deeply soothing guided practices to help your subconscious release protective patterns, access calm and reconnect with a felt sense of safety. This isn’t clinical hypnosis — it’s soft, body-based work that meets your system where it is.
