Hello. I’m Sophie Roe — a somatic trauma-informed coach and nervous system specialist.
My work blends body-led healing, nervous system regulation and gentle somatic-hypnotherapy-informed practice to support women who are exhausted from holding everything together.
I help you feel calmer, clearer and more connected — without pressure or reliving trauma.

I’m Sophie — a mother, a woman who feels most herself in nature, and someone who knows what it’s like to live with an overwhelmed, exhausted nervous system.
Before I trained in somatic and trauma-informed work, I spent years trying to think my way out of anxiety, burnout and survival mode. I kept going, kept coping, kept holding everything
I kept going, kept coping, kept holding everything together — but nothing truly changed until I began listening to my body and understanding what my nervous system had been trying to tell me.
That experience shapes the way I work today. My approach is grounded, gentle and deeply human. I believe we heal when we feel safe, supported and understood — not when we’re trying to do it all alone.
Outside of my work, I’m usually by the sea, in the forest, or with my children — the places and people that help me slow down, reconnect and remember what matters. That sense of connection is at the heart of everything I bring into my sessions.

My work is grounded in compassion, safety and connection.
I believe healing happens when your nervous system feels supported — not when you’re trying to push, force or “fix” yourself.
In our work together, you’ll be met with warmth, steadiness and genuine understanding.
There is no judgement here. No performance. No pressure.
Just a space

There is no judgement here. No performance. No pressure.
Just a space where you can soften, breathe and reconnect with the parts of you that feel lost, overwhelmed or unseen.
Everything in my approach centres your humanity, your pace and your body’s natural capacity to heal.

Being trauma-informed means I understand that your past experiences shape the way your nervous system responds today — how you think, feel, react and cope.
It means I support you with compassion, care and steadiness, without judgement and without pushing you into anything that feels unsafe.
My work honours your pace, your lived experience
